Larger condo buildings are not particularly common on the west side of San Francisco. For the west side of San Francisco, we are including San Francisco District 1 – Northwest, District 2 – Central West, District 3 – Southwest, and District 4 – West of Twin Peaks. These neighborhoods begin at the northwest corner of the city near the Presidio and move in a counter-clockwise direction down to the south/central side of the city including neighborhoods like Oceanview, Ingleside, and Sunnyside and north back to Diamond Heights.
Including Lone Mountain, Jordan Park/Laurel Heights, Inner Richmond, Central Richmond, Outer Richmond, Lake Street, and Sea Cliff neighborhoods.
Including the Parkside, Sunset and Golden Gate Neighborhoods.
Pine Like Park, Merced Manor, Lakeside, Stonestown, Ingleside Heights, Merced Heights, Ingleside and Oceanview make up the District 3 Southwest neighborhoods of San Francisco,
These neighborhoods are primarily single family and include Ingleside Terraces, Mount Davidson Manor, Balboa Terrace, Westwood Park, Sunnyside, Westwood Highlands, Monterey Heights, St. Francis Wood, West Portal, Sherwood Forest, Miraloma Park, Diamond Heights, Forest Hill, Forest Hill Extension, Midtown terrace and Forest Knolls.
