Located at the intersection of Franklin, Market St. and Page St., One Franklin is an in-fill building in a rapidly changing (gentrifying) neighborhood and area. To the east along Market Street, you will find the mid-market area that has become a bustling tech hub with the arrival of companies like Twitter, Dolby, Uber, and many others. To the west, you will find the upper market area and the Castro. To the north lies Hayes Valley, now a bustling neighborhood undergoing a transition from a freeway on-ramp exchange to a more pedestrian-focused area.
The neighborhood and general area that One Franklin is located in will be changing a lot in the coming years. Plans call for numerous tall tower buildings to be built along the Market Street corridor near Van Ness.
