    More About the Building

Originally slated to be developed as Tower 2 at One Rincon, The Harrison was instead built with rental-grade finishes and leased as apartments. The building was then sold to investors who brought on a new design team led by Ken Fulk that re-did the building interior before re-launching as The Harrison.

    Amenities and Finishes

Renowned Interior Designer Ken Fulk created the finishing package for homes in the building. Homes have an elegant and unique finish package with colors, tones, and textures that recall classic old-world European elegance.

The heart of The Harrison is the lobby, styled as a grand salon with soaring ceilings, a bold marble floor, and intricate wood-work that recalls a classic library. Ken Fulk also designed Uncle Harry’s, which is the owners’ lounge on the top floor which has some of San Francisco’s most stunning and uninterrupted Bay views.

The homes are elegantly appointed with brass finishes and marble, as well as a diagonal-cut wood floor in the living areas. Upgrades are available, but homes are delivered finished and not as shells. This is a full-amenity building with a pool, fitness center, concierge, etc.
