Originally built as the SouthEnd Warehouse and converted in 1997 to the Cape Horn Loft Building. The building is home to 14 live/work loft homes at 540 Delancey in the Historic South End neighborhood of South Beach in San Francisco. It is a converted warehouse building which contains loft style homes with open floor plans.
The live/work loft homes begin at about 650 square feet and range up about 3,000 square feet, and the conversion retained interior wooden trusses in the top floor lofts, red brick walls, and double height ceilings where possible.
Building amenities include parking and interior courtyard.
